All goods purchased in the Alor.pro online store have a guarantee and a right to return in accordance with the legislation of Latvia, which provides that when making purchases via the Internet, the buyer is entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days from the date receipt of goods . (LR MK noteikumi Nr.207 "Noteikumi par distances līgumu").

RETURN OF GOODS:

- The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying the online store via e-mail info@alor.lv or via SMS to tel. +371 27701919.

- Return can only be submitted upon presentation of a document confirming the purchase (check, invoice, invoice or receipt). When returned, the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

- Part six of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia on the Protection of Consumer Rights states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product while exercising the right to return”

- Alor.pro reserves the right to deny the buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation on used and / or damaged products or if it is not in the original packaging, or if its original packaging is significantly damaged. Products cannot be returned if their expiration date has been expired.

Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned if the original packaging is opened or significantly damaged.

- The product cannot be returned if it is manufactured in accordance with the buyer's instructions or is an irreplaceable thing, the product cannot be returned in accordance with its nature, including if it is perishable, quickly wearing out.

- Returns and those products, the use (or non-use) of which cannot be determined. For example, mascara or nail polish, the shelf life of which is short and directly depends on the day the package is opened (the package contains the "open jar" sign, which indicates that the expiration date starts from the moment the bottle is opened).

- In the case of a return, the buyer bears the shipping costs, except when the reason for the return is a non-conformity with the ordered one or a defect (the sprayer does not work, the lid is broken, the glass is broken, etc.).

SIA "Skaistumpasaule" undertakes to return the money to the buyer after receiving the parcel with the return as soon as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days.
